摘要:

       an anti-jamming communication game between a cognitive radioenabled secondary user (su) and a cognitive radio enabled jammeris considered, in which end-user decision making is modeled usingprospect theory (pt). more specifically, the interactions betweena user and a smart jammer (i.e., their respective choices oftransmission probability) are formulated as a game under theassumption that end-user decision making under uncertainty doesnot follow the traditional objective assumptions stipulated byexpected utility theory (eut), but rather follows the subjectivedeviations specified by pt. under the assumption that the capacityof the system is governed by the primary user activity, the nashequilibria of the game are characterized under various conditionsand the impact of the players' subjectivity (deviation from eutbehavior) on the su's throughput is measured. simulation resultsshow that the subjective view of an su tends to exaggerate thejamming probabilities and decreases its transmission probability,thus reducing the average throughput. on the other hand, thesubjectivity of a jammer tends to reduce its jamming probabilityand thus increases the su throughput.

 

报告人简介:

liang xiao received the b.s. degree in communication engineering from nanjing university of posts and telecommunications, china, in 2000, the m.s. degree in electrical engineering from tsinghua university, china, in 2003, and the ph.d. degree in electrical engineering from rutgers university, nj, in 2009. she is currently a professor in the department of communication engineering, xiamen university, fujian, china, and ieee senior member. she was a visiting professor with princeton university, virginia tech and university of maryland, college park. her research interests include security, smart grids, and wireless communications.
